Release Train Engineer (RTE)

A Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a Scrum Master who is responsible for coordinating the activities of multiple Agile teams working on a single product. The RTE is responsible for ensuring that all teams are working together to deliver a cohesive product on time and within budget. The RTE is also responsible for managing the release process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating the release of new features and bug fixes. The RTE is also responsible for communicating with stakeholders and customers to ensure that the product meets their needs.

Agile Coach

An Agile coach is a professional who helps organizations and teams adopt and improve their Agile practices. They provide guidance, advice, and support to help teams become more effective and efficient. Agile coaches help teams understand the Agile methodology, create and maintain an Agile environment, and develop and implement Agile processes. They also help teams identify and address any issues that may arise during the transition to Agile.

Product Owner

A Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. They are the voice of the customer and are responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. The Product Owner is also responsible for working with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets their needs.

Scrum master

A Scrum Master is a facilitator for a Scrum team. They are responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum values, practices, and rules. The Scrum Master helps the team self-organize, self-manage, and make appropriate decisions. They also protect the team from external distractions and interferences.
